- Linen turn, bed making, and bath reset to the household standard.
- Kitchen reset including refrigerator interior on a rotating schedule.
- Frequency: weekly or bi-weekly. Typical homes served: 5,000 to 25,000 square feet.

Seasonal and event-driven resets. When to call us.
- Spring and fall deep cleans, including baseboards, moldings, light fixtures, window interiors, and behind heavy furniture.
- Post-construction or post-renovation dust removal. Fine-particulate work on woodwork, soft furnishings, and HVAC vents.
- Post-event recovery within 24 hours of a dinner, holiday gathering, or weekend house party.
- Pre-arrival opening of seasonal residences. Post-departure closing.
